FM Toolbar is an extender of File Manager for Microsoft Windows 3.1, 3.11, and Windows for Workgroups 3.11. Fully user- customizable, it provides about twice as many buttons as in the Windows for Workgroups File Manager, support for MS Tools, handy 'tooltips' for novice users (a'la toolbar for Word and Excel).

FM Toolbar is a great time saver.
